About Nicolas Fulpius

CEO of the ANSAM Group, Nicolas Fulpius has guided the company since its foundation with a clear vision: to make sustainable growth an operational reality. Under his leadership, ANSAM has become a leading B Corp-certified IT services provider in French-speaking Switzerland, while maintaining a strong commitment to its values of entrepreneurship, integrity, quality and solidarity.

Between January and February 2026, the ANSAM Group achieved several major milestones that illustrate its vision of sustainable growth. Nicolas Fulpius looks back at these strategic announcements and the philosophy guiding the company's development.

A clear vision: reconciling growth and responsibility

The start of 2026 has been marked by several important announcements for ANSAM.

What is the common thread linking them all?

We refuse to choose between growth and responsibility. One cannot be built sustainably without the other. This is not a marketing posture, it's a profound conviction that guides every one of our strategic decisions.

In the space of a few weeks, we have announced four major developments: our expansion into the Jura region with a dedicated team, the acquisition of Baechler Informatique in Freiburg, the arrival of Till Bohbot as head of ANSAM Enterprise Services and the award of our B Corp certification. These four announcements are not isolated events. They tell the same story: that of a company that's growing, but that doesn't want to forget its values and its impact on the ecosystem.

A few figures to illustrate this growth?

Thanks to our various acquisitions and expansions, we have grown to more than 1,000 clients in three years and now cover the entire French‑speaking territory with locally established teams. This growth only makes sense if it is accompanied by an enhanced capacity to serve each client with the same high standards of quality and proximity.

B Corp certification: a concrete commitment

At the end of 2025, ANSAM obtained B Corp certification.

What does it mean?

B Corp certification validates what we've been doing since the beginning: building a high-performance company that creates value for its entire ecosystem, not just its shareholders. It recognizes companies that make positive impact on the ecosystem as important an objective as economic performance.

For ANSAM, this was an important step: we have always been convinced that sustainable growth requires a strong commitment to our employees, our customers and our partners. B Corp certification helps us to communicate our commitment, but above all it pushes us to go even further in this approach, to measure our impact and to continually improve.

The arrival of Till Bohbot: an alignment of values

You have welcomed Till Bohbot as CEO of ANSAM Enterprise Services.

How does he fit into this vision of sustainable growth?

Till is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in transforming and growing IT and consulting companies, both in Switzerland and internationally. Founder of Inflex'On, he has long championed a vision of responsible entrepreneurship that combines performance, positive impact and sustainable value creation.

With the arrival of Till, we've given ourselves the means to sustainably develop the Enterprise segment, focusing on outsourcing and managed services for major groups.

These services are often handled in a very transactional way by our competitors. With Till, we are taking the gamble of considering the needs not only of our customers, but also of our employees, in order to guarantee them a rewarding, long-term career path. Sustainability also means helping to strengthen the social fabric by minimizing precarious and unstable employment.

Geographical expansion: proximity as a growth driver

ANSAM is expanding throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with openings in the Jura and Neuchâtel regions and the takeover of Baechler in Fribourg.

How does this expansion fit in with your sustainable growth strategy?

Having a structure in each canton is not a question of prestige, it's a question of efficiency and commitment. Our local teams understand the economic, cultural and operational realities of their region. It's this proximity that enables us to create value for our customers, wherever they may be in French-speaking Switzerland.

Why did you choose this local approach?

Because sustainable growth cannot be decreed from a central headquarters. It's built on a day-to-day basis, through close relationships with customers and an understanding of their specific challenges. What's more, chosen growth that only benefits the major economic centers would run counter to sustainability, which relies on making the tools of progress available to everyone, in every region, according to their needs.

In Fribourg, by combining the skills of Baechler employees, the strength of their customer base and the expertise of ANSAM, we are giving ourselves every opportunity to accelerate our growth.

Similarly, the Jura arc is a dynamic region that remains largely ignored by the major IT companies. The know-how we have developed at ANSAM can benefit companies in Neuchâtel and the Jura. Working with a team dedicated to this region is a question of proximity and trust.

A redesigned organization to assert 360° IT & AI positioning

In addition to these growth announcements, ANSAM has also restructured its entities. Why this reorganization?

We've built up our expertise over the years, through organic growth and acquisitions. This richness is a strength, but it can also be a source of confusion for our customers. It was time to make our organization clearer and better embody our promise: to be the 360° IT & AI partner for companies in French-speaking Switzerland.

What does this mean in concrete terms?

Changing the names of our entities will enable our customers to better identify our expertise and immediately understand how we can support them, from strategy to the day-to-day operation of their business IT, IT infrastructure and artificial intelligence projects.

This organizational overhaul is not cosmetic. It reflects our determination to offer a coherent, fluid customer experience, where every area of the Group's expertise can be mobilized to serve every customer, whatever their size or location in French-speaking Switzerland.

How does this restructuring fit in with your vision of sustainable growth?

Clarity is a form of responsibility. Our customers need to be able to easily understand who we are, what we do, and how we can help them. This transparency builds trust and enables us to build lasting partnerships, based on a clear mutual understanding of our respective roles and commitments.

Sustainable growth in practice

In practical terms, how do you combine growth and responsibility on a day-to-day basis?

Every strategic decision is evaluated from both angles. When we open a new office, we don't just ask whether it's profitable, but also what impact it will have on our teams, our customers, the local economy and our environmental impact.

When we recruit, we look for talent who share our values. When we develop a new offer, we make sure that it brings real added value to our customers, not just additional sales.

What are your objectives for the coming years?

Our objective is clear: to build the best IT services company in French-speaking Switzerland for all our stakeholders, so as to become the benchmark local partner in French-speaking Switzerland. We want to be present in every canton, with local teams who know their region and support it on a long-term basis.
