We encourage all our employees, customers and partners to report any behavior or practices that run counter to our values or the law. We provide a secure and confidential communication channel for such reports.

Grounds for reporting

Anyone with a reasonable doubt may report any of the following:

  • Violation of Swiss laws or regulations in the course of our activities.
  • Unethical behavior: This includes any act or practice that runs counter to the values of the ANSAM Group, such as favoritism, corruption, or lack of transparency.
  • Environmental risks: Activities or decisions likely to harm the environment, such as poor management of natural resources, unsustainable practices or lack of consideration for environmental issues.
  • Human rights violations: Report any situation that undermines the dignity or rights of individuals, such as unfair working conditions, discrimination, or behavior contrary to the principles of inclusion and equity.

Description of the breach

When making a report, we encourage you to provide as detailed a description as possible.

  • Who is involved?
  • What happened?
  • When and where did the situation occur?
  • Do you have any supporting documents (attach if possible)?
  • Mention any actions or behaviors that followed the incident.

Who handles the alert?

Team Integrity is a group of trusted individuals within the ANSAM Group. Independent of management, it treats alerts with complete neutrality. Its role is to ensure that every reported situation is examined with seriousness, respect and discretion. Team Integrity ensures that problems are dealt with promptly and that the necessary measures are put in place.

Anonymity

You can choose to remain anonymous or to share your contact details when reporting. If you wish to remain anonymous, simply inform Team Integrity, who will receive your alert. Your identity will not be communicated to the competent authority. Rest assured that all reports, whether anonymous or identified, are treated with the same attention, rigor and confidentiality.

Alert follow-up

Within a week of receiving your alert, we will confirm that it has been processed. If you choose to identify yourself, we will keep you informed of the key stages in the processing of your alert, while respecting confidentiality.

  1. Reporting: After reporting, you will receive a response confirming that your report has been dealt with.

  2. Initial assessment: Each report is analyzed by an independent committee before being forwarded to the competent authority, i.e. the CEO if the breach does not concern executive management, or 2 members of the Board of Directors if it does.

  3. In-depth investigation: An investigation is carried out by the competent authority, impartially and confidentially.

  4. Resolution: We take corrective action and communicate the results to the whistle-blower, while preserving the privacy of the parties concerned.

Protection against retaliation

ANSAM guarantees full protection to any external stakeholder who makes a report in good faith. This includes freedom from any form of retaliation, such as :

  • Wrongful termination of a contract
  • Unjustified reduction of business benefits
  • Or any form of intimidation or damage to professional reputation.

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation. Any action identified as such will be dealt with immediately, with disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

Proactive measures to guarantee protection

ANSAM has put in place specific measures to prevent reprisals and ensure that reports are handled securely:

  • Secure and independent channels: Reports are handled exclusively by teams dedicated to integrity, guaranteeing impartial and confidential management.
  • Guaranteed anonymity: Whistleblowers can choose to remain anonymous. Their identity will not be sought or revealed without their explicit consent.
  • Post-reporting follow-up: We actively monitor whistleblowers' working conditions after reporting, to prevent and detect any form of negative repercussions.
  • Post-reporting support: Anyone who feels they have suffered retaliation can request an independent review by a higher authority.
