Till & ANSAM: an alignment of values
Can you tell us about your career path and the experiences that have marked you?
My career has always been guided by a passion for transforming companies and supporting talent. I've sought to understand the real needs on the ground in order to transform organizations without sacrificing people, by imagining models that reconcile economic performance and team security.
This quest for responsible entrepreneurship then led me to management and consulting positions, with a clear guiding principle: to help companies cross their inflection points by maximizing their positive impact on their ecosystem.
After several years in management positions in international IT companies, I decided to capitalize on this experience by supporting Swiss companies with a methodology focused on their development inflection points. By structuring their growth around these key moments, these companies have been able to accelerate in a controlled way and experience genuine hypergrowth trajectories.
Why did you choose to join ANSAM?
The alignment was obvious. ANSAM embodies values that resonate deeply with my vision: entrepreneurship, integrity, quality and solidarity. What particularly excites me is the opportunity to put into practice a form of social entrepreneurship: using for-profit enterprise as a lever to maximize the positive impact on the ecosystem as a whole.
I believe in responsible business and profit as a concrete response to social challenges. This approach implies long-term commitment, high ethical standards and a constant search for the best interests of the global ecosystem. This is exactly what we are building at ANSAM Enterprise Services.
Ixion to ANSAM Enterprise Services: a strategic change
Why the name change?
The change from Ixion to ANSAM Enterprise Services is a strong strategic choice. By fully integrating the ANSAM name, we are affirming our positioning as a 360° partner for our customers. It's not just a question of branding, it's an operational reality.
The new name also places greater emphasis on dedicated services, which are a fundamental aspect of our work. We don't just do classic delegation: we customize our offerings to provide our customers with quality talent, while giving them access to the other expertise of the ANSAM Group. This unique combination is our strength.
In concrete terms, this means that a customer can benefit from a delegated consultant while having access, if necessary, to the Group's skills in AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation or other areas of expertise. It was this global partner approach that led us to choose the name ANSAM Enterprise Services.
As CEO, what is your vision for ANSAM Enterprise Services?
We build long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and shared commitment, both with our customers and our talent. We work with people, and this implies a dual responsibility: to offer both stability for our teams and agility for our customers.
A project can be the starting point for a much broader collaboration: a successful assignment is often the opportunity to identify a key person for a growth trajectory. We are convinced that the co-construction of a career plan with each consultant - in line with his or her aspirations and the needs of the market - ensures the continuity of assignments and the capitalization of know-how.
Ultimately, this raises the quality of ANSAM's work for our customers and guarantees our consultants regular access to ever more stimulating projects.
When we place a team with a customer, the challenge is not simply to fill a need for resources or expertise, but to build a team that has an in-depth understanding of the company's context, challenges and culture. This enables us to create more value, better weather periods of change and transform operational challenges into levers for sustainable growth.
Ambitions 2026+
What are the growth objectives for ANSAM Enterprise Services?
The objective is clear: to develop our talent pool so that we have the necessary resources to meet the diversity of our customers' needs, and to have more experts in post.At the same time, the
ANSAM Group continues to expand in French-speaking Switzerland as we enter 2026. My long-term ambition is therefore to make ANSAM Enterprise Services a benchmark player in French-speaking Switzerland for the provision of IT and AI profiles, recognized as much for the quality of its expertise as for its human and responsible approach.
How does ANSAM Enterprise Services differentiate itself in a competitive market?
We focus on high value-added skills: artificial intelligence, project management, change management and support for strategic transformations. These are the areas where our customers have the greatest need for cutting-edge expertise to secure their decisions and projects.
We are also developing differentiated services, notably through nearshoring arrangements, with ANSAM's strong involvement as a key partner in the collaboration. Synergies with the Group enable us to offer a unique range of services, covering end-to-end digital transformation and AI.
