Pittet Associés is a Swiss SME with around 30 employees, specializing in actuarial, legal and financial consulting for pension funds, insurance companies and corporations. Its IT environment is critical to guaranteeing the availability and security of sensitive data processed on a daily basis. Lacking in-house IT skills, the company needed a partner capable of ensuring both operational stability and long-term strategic vision.

Lack of in-house IT skills, even though the company operates in a highly regulated and sensitive environment.
Management of an infrastructure spread over five sites, with the need to guarantee high availability and a high level of security.

SOLUTION

To meet these challenges, Pittet Associés chose ANSAM as its global IT partner. The transition from the previous provider went very smoothly, thanks to upstream preparation and the involvement of the ANSAM project manager.

Support is structured in several parts:

Service Desk to deal quickly with incidents and requests from employees.
Strategic steering to modernize infrastructure and align IT with business objectives.
Operational collaboration with Ixion for day-to-day support and operations, and with Filaos for project management.

A key project was the complete migration of the infrastructure to the Microsoft Azure cloud, replacing physical servers hosted in Geneva. This project, delivered on time and on budget, improved the efficiency, security and resilience of the IT environment, with no perceptible disruption to users.
