The ANSAM Group continues its expansion in French-speaking Switzerland with the acquisition of BIP Informatique, an IT service provider based in Sion. With this acquisition, ANSAM strengthens its presence in Valais and its strategy of providing services to SMEs in proximity.

ANSAM acquires NJ Informatique and strengthens its strategy for small businesses
The ANSAM Group, a major player in ICT services and digital transformation in French-speaking Switzerland, acquires the Yverdon-based provider NJ Informatique, specialized in IT services for small businesses in the northern Vaud region.

As part of the expansion of its indirect sales model within the SME market, Swisscom has announced a strategic partnership with the newly formed Ansam Group to cover western Switzerland. The partnership will benefit SMEs with complex and individual IT requirements.
