The Governance pillar looks at the company's mission, ethics, transparency and the way it embeds social and environmental impact into its bylaws and decision-making. It also assesses the quality of the information shared (for example through a sustainability report), the involvement of leadership and the diversity of governance bodies.
At ANSAM: we write an impact mission into our bylaws, we regularly publish a structured sustainability report, we set measurable targets (climate, social, inclusion) and we involve management, and where possible an impact committee, in tracking them.
The Employees pillar assesses HR practices: working conditions, health and safety, pay levels and fairness, benefits, skills development and the quality of social dialogue. It also looks at inclusion, diversity and the participation of teams in the decisions that concern them.
At ANSAM: we uphold a clear policy of fair wages and equality (gender, background, age), a continuous training plan and workplace well-being initiatives, with regular consultation channels (internal surveys, workshops, co-building the CSR strategy) presented in our sustainability report.
The Community pillar covers the company's impact on its region and on society: relationships with suppliers, support for the local economy, diversity and inclusion, and contributions to public-interest or non-profit projects. It also considers how the company identifies and manages the impacts of its value chain (responsible sourcing, respect for human rights, etc.).
At ANSAM: we favour local or committed suppliers, we build social and environmental criteria into our purchasing, we support local initiatives (skills-based sponsorship, non-profit partnerships) and we make these commitments visible and quantified in our sustainability report.
The Environment pillar measures how the company limits its ecological footprint: energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, water, raw materials, transport and choice of materials. It rewards companies that set clear targets (emissions reduction, energy efficiency, circularity) and track their progress over time.
At ANSAM: we measure our emissions and consumption (carbon footprint, energy, waste), we set quantified reduction targets, we choose more efficient solutions (eco-design, responsible IT, soft mobility) and we track annual indicators in our sustainability report.
The Customers pillar focuses on the impact of products and services on users and society: quality, safety, the social or environmental value created, transparency of information and responsible data management. It also looks at how the company takes into account customer satisfaction, feedback and protection, particularly for vulnerable audiences.
At ANSAM: we design offerings that meet social or environmental needs, we clearly document the benefits for our customers, we protect data to high standards, we set up structured feedback mechanisms and we show concrete examples of the positive impact we create for customers.

ANSAM's internal sustainability report is the central tool for monitoring our impact and commitments. It is intended for all our stakeholders, and summarizes our indicators, objectives and action plans on key issues for the Group. It makes our progress visible, and serves as a basis for guiding decisions, prioritizing projects and developing ANSAM's sustainability strategy year after year.
Measuring our carbon impact requires clear, measurable KPIs, as well as a constant effort to collect and update our data every year. To this end, we use the Greenly platform, which transforms our business data into emissions indicators and assesses the maturity of our climate strategy. This approach has been recognized with a silver medal for the quality and depth of the data we report.
