The Integrity Team ensures that issues are addressed promptly and necessary measures are implemented.

  • Reporting: Upon reporting, you will receive confirmation that your report has been received.

  • In-Depth Investigation: A thorough investigation is conducted impartially and confidentially.
  • Resolution: Corrective measures are taken, and results are communicated to the whistleblower while protecting the privacy of those involved.

Whistleblower Protection

Protection Against Retaliation

ANSAM guarantees full protection to any external stakeholder who makes a report in good faith. This includes the absence of any form of retaliation, such as:

  • Unjustified termination of a contract
  • Unwarranted reduction of commercial benefits
  • Any form of intimidation or damage to professional reputation.

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation. Any action identified as such will be addressed immediately, with disciplinary sanctions up to and including the dismissal of those responsible.

Proactive Measures to Ensure Protection

ANSAM has implemented specific measures to prevent retaliation and ensure secure handling of reports:

  • Secure and Independent Channels: Reports are handled exclusively by teams dedicated to integrity, ensuring impartial and confidential management.
  • Anonymity Guarantee: Whistleblowers can choose to remain anonymous. Their identity will not be sought or revealed without their explicit consent.
  • Post-Report Monitoring: We actively monitor whistleblowers’ working conditions after their report to prevent and detect any form of negative repercussions.
  • Post-Report Support: Any person who believes they have suffered retaliation can request an independent review by a higher authority.

Ongoing Commitment

We regularly assess the effectiveness of our protection mechanisms to ensure a work environment where everyone feels safe to speak up. This continuous improvement process is essential to maintaining high standards of integrity and transparency.
